  • Inbound Sales Reps to take inbound calls from customers interested in buying insurance - NO COLD CALLING!
  • Customer Service Reps support existing customers managing their policies
  • Claims Reps care for customers who’ve been in an accident
Must-have qualifications
  • One or more years of college education or relevant work experience which includes:
    • Customer service, sales and/or influencing others
    • Fast paced and changing environment
  • Multitasking and time management
  • Effective communication, verbally and in writing
  • Computer skills

Pay rate: $16.75 to $18.75 per hour depending on experience, plus:
  • An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
  • Performance-based rewards
Schedule: Most schedules will include a weekend day and evening hours after completion of training. Training schedules are typically Monday – Friday 9a-6p or 10a-7p.
