Customer Service Representative

Gordini USA Inc., is a manufacturer and distributor of cold-weather gloves, mittens, goggles, and base layer, both our own brand as well as private label. We are also the glove, base layer and boxer brief licensee for Carhartt. We are a growing company looking for a customer service representative to join our team.

Our Customer Service Reps provide direct support to both our external customers as well as our internal sales department by assisting in all aspects of the input and completion of orders.

This is a remote position in the Phoenix, AZ area.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products & policies to serve customers efficiently
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Respond timely to all customer requests
  • Communicate effectively with management, the sales team and warehouse team to meet deadlines
  • Provide assistance to customers by answering, handling & resolving customer questions, requests, issues etc.
  • Take & receive customer orders in computer system
  • Review orders for accuracy
  • Direct any billing questions to correct department
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Process reports (backorders, sales, etc.)

Looking for these qualifications:

  • 1 – 2 years customer service experience preferred
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Have a strong ability to prioritize, and have strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, process driven environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Reliability & dependability
