Who We Are:

Macnica Americas, Inc., a North American subsidiary of Macnica Group – a $5B technology development and distribution company based out of Japan is in search of the right person to serve as Marketing Specialist at our Dallas Office. The successful candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience working in tech as well as a bachelor's degree or higher in a major relevant to the position.
The Marketing Specialist will work in close collaboration with our GM of Marketing on defining and deploying communications that increase brand awareness, enhances marketing campaigns, and exemplifies corporate communication strategy.

The Role:
  • Supporting the development, coordination, publication and maintenance of all company-wide communications for a variety of mediums, i.e., social media, internet, intranet, print and verbal
  • Designing and developing of internal/external materials and graphics to better communicate our brand and products with the audience
  • Utilizing social media to exchange information and brand messages about Macnica and its businesses directly with key audiences and influencers
  • Creating and refreshing marketing communications to support the company strategies
  • Assisting with the content and brand cohesion for Macnica marketing materials, trade shows,

    and newsletter
  • Editing and proof-reading all presentations and marketing materials
  • Supporting the executive team on all internal and external presentations
  • Creating branded content for web and print distribution
  • Collaborating and assisting in website projects (optimization, functionality, content)
  • Traveling to trade shows, up to 10%
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably for technology/ electronics industry
  • Familiarity with B2B advertising campaigns
  • Experience with graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Proficiency using various software, applications, and programs including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess good time management skills, be highly organized and be technologically savvy.
  • Ability to be adaptive to changing company needs with superior problem-solving skills is highly desirable
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, both, in the office and remotely with team members across the country
