Fortune 500 financial services firm is seeking a Support Technician in Austin, TX. This person will be responsible for providing superb customer service and support to inbound customer callers, seeking assistance with mainly account lockouts, Microsoft, Excel, Mac and iOS issues, and remote issues needing assistance. Title: Support Technician
Location: Austin, TX
6 Month Contract (could be extended or go perm)
Reason for Job Opening: Open position, more people needed
Must Haves (3): NEED STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICES, Call Center, less technical, more personality-driven.
Strong Customer empathy skills, good conversationalist, great/professional tone, someone who is genuinely interested in addressing customer's needs.
Someone with technical call center experience (not someone with a server background or anything too technical.)
Strong working knowledge of Windows 8 and 10, maybe an A+ cert or Microsoft Operating System Certification is highly desired
Troubleshooting experience with account lockouts, Strong experience with Microsoft and Excel, iPhone/Mac background, Remote Assistance experience (Jira service desk, SNOW(service now), or any virtual troubleshooting tool.
People that want to learn and are hungry to grow in their IT career.
Nice to Haves:
Finance experience is always good, they seem to always have really good customer service skills. (JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Investment Firms, etc).
Bilingual experience is a huge plus!
