Digital Marketing Associate / Office Support

This position involves the following job duties, in addition to others that may be assigned to meet business needs:
  • Design and update print material for distribution
  • Design and manage social media posts and social media pages
  • Design and coordinate email announcements and advertisements
  • Coordinating and maintaining the website
  • Complete administrative tasks as assigned
  • Data entry and report creation / maintenance
  • Create visual marketing materials for conferences and trade shows
  • Implement and track digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels, building weekly reports to help achieve the team’s KPIs.
  • Manage and update relevant information on the Company’s marketing websites
  • Support event marketing initiatives, including Eventbrite administrative tasks.
  • Support day-to-day social & paid media marketing through campaign creation and optimization. Produce error-free content and have the skills and attention-to-detail to edit their own work.
  • Be able to balance many projects at once and seamlessly contribute to all in a fast-paced start-up culture all while owning the project scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Practical knowledge and experience in Photoshop, InDesign, HTML, CSS, WordPress, Google Analytics, or another top graphics program
  • Experience as a graphic designer or related field
  • Experience as a website development
  • Manage and update relevant information on the Company’s marketing websites
  • Experience and excellent skills with social media announcements, posts and pages
  • Experience with digital paid media management, especially Social media Ads and/or Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads.
  • Ability to multi-task, juggle deadlines, manage time, and communicate clearly about progress against assignments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A keen eye for flawless grammar, spelling, and polished writing.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour
