Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling technology and related services over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for teaming with a Territory Director of Sales in efforts to manage an existing customer base and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention, while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business, hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.

This a full time, US Remote – Southwest based position with occasional travel both domestically and internationally and reports to the Vice President of Sales, North America. As the role is remote, candidates will ideally live in the SouthWest states of USA.

Responsibilities
  • Support strategy defined by the Territory Director of Sales to achieve or exceed financial targets.
  • Develop an understanding of the needs of Quadrotech prospects to maximize value to both organizations.
  • Follow up leads and manage accounts where directed to achieve or exceed financial targets.
  • Lead and close SMB opportunities across Quadrotech portfolio.
  • Organize renewals pipeline in collaboration with Territory Director of Sales to maximize revenue potential.
  • Assist and execute sales campaign strategies in collaboration with Territory Director of Sales to cross-sell / up-sell existing large accounts.
  • Assist and execute sales campaign strategies in collaboration with Territory Director of Sales to expose net new large accounts to Quadrotech portfolio.
  • Work with partners to establish a channel relationship across designated region.
  • Manage and process conversations via the website in efforts to qualify into leads/opportunities.
  • Take incoming calls when required in efforts to qualify into leads/opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations to support various business activities and close opportunities in CRM.
  • Maintain reliable data in CRM to assist business forecasting.
  • Help to provide feedback and support various marketing campaigns.
Skills and Specifications
  • Junior College Degree in Business or related areas
  • Demonstrable experience of closing business in a SaaS technology company is a must
  • Ability to manage multi-threaded sales process and competitive deals
  • Experience selling to business/enterprise customers with consultative, value-based selling
  • Proven track record of exceeding your quota
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to cater to our global customer base
  • Tech savvy: knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Enterprise Vault, or email archiving a plus; experience with Quadrotech technologies a plus
  • Experience using a CRM, knowledge of HubSpot a plus
