At AppFollow, The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading all aspects of marketing portfolio worldwide and in the USA in particular, in support of the AppFollow brand and growth strategy in SMB and SME segments with strong focus on the USA and Europe markets. The right candidate will be a well-rounded and strategic marketer with the aptitude to lead diverse marketing function. You should be highly motivated to succeed, and empower your team to do so, in an approachable manner, that engenders trust and confidence at all levels across the organization.

Areas of accountability and responsibilities:
  • AppFollow growth worldwide with the focus on the SMB and SME customers in the USA and Europe from marketing perspective
  • Accountability for the overall commercial success of AppFollow products and delivery of customer and revenue growth objectives
  • Oversee the full lifecycle marketing (awareness, acquisition, activation, revenue, retention); Develop new acquisition channels
  • Website traffic scalability and conversion rate optimization
  • Continuous growth on branded and organic traffic
  • Budgeting and analytics
  • Develop robust go-to-market and commercialization strategies for all new product innovation and expand the country level go-to-market strategies and tactics across the portfolio
  • Establish a scalable inbound lead generation strategy and manage a team that executes growth initiatives
  • Drive high growth of a significant ARR base in a company that is committed to supporting the sales team with pipeline building
  • Create strategies and campaigns, concepting, architecting and deploying omnichannel campaigns focused on awareness and conversion to sales and audience engagement
  • Lead a team of marketers to drive key business metrics including MRR, ARR
  • Build a strong trusted relationship with the Sales team and leadership while contributing updates in sales pipeline meetings and supporting MRR-generating initiatives
  • Implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations

Job requirements
  • Marketing executive with 10+ years-experience including acquisition and performance marketing in SaaS industry in the USA in particular
  • Track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
  • A track record of profitability growing online revenue through creative marketing campaigns, while increasing conversion, customer retention and loyalty
  • Experience driving complex marketing programs, ensuring consistency across multiple product lines and sales channels
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate data streams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic recommendations
  • Make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • An accomplished presenter who can successfully articulate the vision, product and strategy, as well as the issues and priorities
  • Has built strong teams and set the tone for a high-trust environment
  • Proven ability to build, motivate, and mentor marketing team to support such growth
  • Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a strong ability to execute and deliver bottom line results
  • Strategic thinker who can create and develop the long-term vision and is also a strong personal contributor with a can-do attitude in everything you do
