Job Salary: $60k-$80k + Bonus + 100% Paid Premium Medical Benefits + Unlimited PTO
Job Requirements: Min. 5 years help desk / tech support experience including Mac and PC support, Windows Servers (Active Directory, Group Policy), and advanced networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS / VPN). MSP (managed service provider) experience is a plus!

Based in beautiful San Mateo, CA, we are a rapidly growing provider of tech services to the hottest startups in the Bay! We are HUGE on culture and learning development. Due to growth, we are looking to add a L2 Support Tech to our team! Must have a minimum of 5 years help desk / tech support experience including Mac and PC support, Windows Servers (Active Directory, Group Policy), and advanced networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS / VPN). MSP (managed service provider) experience is a plus!

What You Will Be Doing

You will be providing top-notch service to our clients via phone, email, chat, and occasionally in person. Must be able to participate in their reasonable on-call rotation (3 days every six weeks).

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:

1.) 5-10 years help desk / tech support experience
2.) Experience supporting PC and Mac
3.) Windows Servers (Active Directory / Group Policy)
4.) Advanced networking knowledge (DHCP / DNS / VPN)

Nice to Have Skills:

1.) MSP (managed service provider) experience
2.) Remote support
