Level 3 Support Engineer (MSP)
Our Level 3 Support Engineers straddle application, operating system, and network support. Your job will be to work in a team environment to support our managed service clients, internal team members (escalations), data centers, applications, operating systems and network infrastructure from our New York office.
Our data center and business practices rely heavily on solutions implemented by Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, Citrix, HP and Nimble. We provide a complete end-to-end solution for our clients. This translates to a challenging environment that will allow a new team-member to work with the latest technologies and see projects from inception to completion.
We are looking for a great problem solver who is engaged and excited about new technologies and providing excellent Customer Service.
Responsibilities would include working with:
Education: 4 year College degree, preferably a B.S in a technical science or equivalent experience.
Current Microsoft certifications are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills in order to communicate effectively and deal with internal and external customers, establishing strong relationships
Strong phone presence and ability to solve problems over phone.
Empathy and people communications skills
Problem solving skills
90% of this work is accomplished working from our office or data center - not at a client site. Initially you will work from our office with the opportunity to work from home when projects, work load permit, and you have proven yourself.
