Marketing Operations Manager


The Marketing Operations Manager will be the internal expert driving processes, strategy and analysis through the marketing tech stack, focusing on implementation of scalable best practices across Pardot, SFDC, Demandbase and other technologies. This role will work to build best practices through enabling the field and regional marketers to exceed business goals.

The Marketing Operations Manager will have the opportunity to manage the production and execution of demand generation and customer marketing campaigns and provide a technical consultation to field marketers at time of execution. The ideal candidate will be a Pardot power user.

This role will be a leader in inventing and collaborating across all markets, drive an automated and intelligent frameworks and processes that drive lead, pipeline and revenue KPIs.

Essential Functions
  • Experience collaborating with remote resources and team members
  • Experience aligning and communicating with IT infrastructure
  • Partner will marketers to design/QA, optimize and provide analysis of marketing programs such as email marketing, event automation, a connected digital marketing and multi-tier trigger-based campaigns
  • Assists in the technical conceptualization of demand creation, nurturing and scoring program strategy
  • Develop, manage and formalize enablement of the field marketers to execute digital marketing campaigns; create emails, landing pages, and forms within marketing automation tools
  • Produce metrics and analytics for all marketing campaigns and lead generation tactics; develop reporting and dashboards to communicate campaign and marketing effectiveness
  • Keep current with latest trends on marketing automation tools and best practices
  • Understanding of HTML as used in the Pardot email editor and other marketing automation tools
  • Reinforce and support marketing automation best practices including list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene and troubleshooting
  • Help minimize list fatigue and opt-outs to improve email deliverability
  • Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing on campaigns; adjust plans based on the results.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • 2+ Experience on the Salesforce and Pardot platform or equivalent
  • Valid Passport
  • Ability to assess and analyze task dependencies, program impact, etc to complete tasks on time
