One of our most prestigious clients is looking for a Clinical Trials Engagement Manager with Pharmaceutical experience. This is a long term opportunity located in the Princeton NJ area.

Skills required:
  • Partners with Engagement & Enrollment on development of Clinical Trials recruitment strategy, delivering channel insights and tactical recommendations and leading execution of multi-channel Clinical Trials recruitment campaigns, tactics and programs to drive operational effectiveness, business impact and meet objectives
  • Leverage multi-channel Capabilities, standards and best practices to drive customer engagement for the Clinical Trials recruitment
  • Examples include and are not limited to web sites, display banner, eMail, social media, Remote Engagement and Search Engine Marketing
  • Identify and run experiments to pilot future multi-channel marketing capabilities
  • Serves as the dedicated multi-channel engagement point-of-contact for the Engagement & Enrollment business partners, digital, media, creative and other agencies and Multi-Channel Hub teams to enable seamless execution of Clinical Trials (CT) recruitment strategy and lead execution of multi-channel campaigns/tactics
  • 4 year bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Marketing/Engagement, including in marketing strategy, Clinical Trials recruitment planning, multi-channel (digital and non-digital) marketing operations and campaign/tactic execution/management
  • Experience in multi-channel Marketing, including:
  • Websites; knowledge of multi-screen/responsive web design
  • eMail campaigns
  • Display ad development
  • Search engine optimization
  • Search engine marketing
  • Interactive Visual Aids (Sales Rep's iPad Presentation)
  • Remote Engagement
  • Social media execution
  • Mobile apps
  • Health IT (e.g. EMR/EHR)
  • 3rd party sponsorships (e.g. Online Publisher, Medscape, Epocrates, etc)
  • Print
  • Video/ Radio
  • 3+ years in project/program management and ability to effectively author creative briefs and project requirement documents
  • Experience and knowledge of the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process
