We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team at our corporate office in Orlando, FL. This position will work remotely. The Graphic Designer will interpret our client's needs and will design solutions with high visual impact. This individual will work closely with our locations and marketing team.



Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current workload
  • Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including Infographics
  • Consult with location leaders and marketing team to create cohesive designs that reflect our brands’ corporate cultures and goals
  • Schedule project implementation and defines budget constraints
  • Work with a wide range of media and uses Adobe Creative Cloud programs
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Amend final designs to client’s comments and gain full approval
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, executives, etc
  • Advise location leaders on strategies to reach a particular audience
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message
  • Develop graphics for events, logos, presentations, and websites
  • Select colors, images, text style, and layout per brand standards
  • Present the design to clients or the art director and incorporate changes into the final design
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
  • Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Work with the marketing team to develop style guides and brand standards



Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients
  • Proven graphic designing experience
  • Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
  • Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.)
  • Highly proficient in all design aspects
  • Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
