Customer Service Call Center (Website Support Team)- Cedar Rapids, IA

Intermediate level, temp to hire, Website Support Team positions with a weekday shift in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Job Details:
  • Respond to customer requests for product and servicing support via a variety of channels, e.g. chat, email, phone, in-bound mail.
  • Shifts vary but are typically Monday- Friday and vary between 7:00am-7:00pm.
  • Shift examples (7-3:30pm, 11:30a-7pm, etc.)
  • Must train Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Pay starting at $15.00 per hour.
  • Positions are temporary to hire.
Job Duties:
  • Communicate processes, procedures and timelines to clients and agents, delivering the message in a manner that increases engagement, satisfaction and ensures one call resolution.
  • Responds to challenging conversations, calming and de-escalating upset customers
  • Document updates to accounts and policies, e.g. processing, call notes, AWD.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer records, with attention to identified high risk situations.
Job Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience with call center or customer service experience/training.
  • Fundamental computer knowledge and maneuverability within Window applications.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft office suite, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
  • Ability to work independently and seek additional opportunities when able.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to develop integrity, trust and respect of coworkers at all levels.
