Growth Marketing Lead


Bitwarden promotes better internet security and safety with an open source password management solution for individuals, teams, and business organizations.



We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to help scale product adoption and sales. You will collaborate across the company, working closely with sales and customer success functions to identify the most effective ways to bring new users to Bitwarden, and to ultimately scale our commercial sales.



You have the analytical mind to optimize a range of channels and programs, a creative appreciation of informative and engaging campaigns, and the tenacity to build a growth function from the ground up.



Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of demand strategy with an eye towards revenue
  • Architect the function, scale across channels, monitor positive outcomes, adjust lower performing initiative
  • Hands on contributor with an opportunity to be part of foundational team
  • Create and execute online campaigns across unpaid and paid channels
  • Oversee inbound traffic on bitwarden.com and connected extensions with an eye on lead acquisition and conversion
  • Rigorously measure campaigns and optimize with quantitative and qualitative goals
  • Implement and oversee marketing automation tools



Requirements

  • Prior experience and success building growth and demand generation functions for a high tech company
  • Hands on abilities to source, architect, implement, and manage marketing automation tools
  • Positive and influential leader to help in the pursuit of excellence and consistency across all of our marketing efforts
  • Strong analytical background and ability to distill signal from the noise
  • Affinity for and familiarity with Bitwarden, and the ability to learn a lot more
  • Excitement and enthusiasm for helping customers solve security and password challenges
  • Understanding of and empathy for customers' organizational needs
  • Self-directed style to drive deal wins
  • Passion for putting repeatable business processes in place
  • Familiarity with open source communities is a plus
  • 4-year degree or equivalent preferred
