This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position with Kelly OCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc.

The Web Site Content Producer is a highly-engaged individual who is responsible for managing content development and implementation for all content in support of the new Medical Devices Companies website.

Core Responsibilities:
  • He/she will demonstrate strong project management skills with flawless attention to detail to deliver populated content templates and move them efficiently through the copy approval system for timely handoff and implementation.
  • He/she is an effective communicator dedicated to partnering with content owners to maximize efficiency while delivering a high standard of quality and compliance.
This will include:
  • Collaboration with Global content owners to develop content.
  • Ensuring content compliance with platform architecture constraints, style guidelines, digital strategy and brand strategy.
  • Influencing regional alignment from key content owner and copy review stakeholders as necessary to achieve approved content.
  • Seeking cross-functional alignment from key content owners and copy review stakeholders as necessary to achieve approved content.
  • Partnering with the Digital Content Management Team to ensure accurate implementation of approved content.
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2-4 Years serving in a Content Development Capacity
  • Medical Device Industry experience desired-super helpful!
  • High technological and business aptitude (Think like a Project Manager!)
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with team effectively to positively influence collaboration, drive results and achieve desired outcomes in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Proficient with Word and Excel, and even Word Press
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with professional assertiveness to drive decision making and alignment
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently to drive aggressive timelines
Additional Detail:
