Social Media Manager Needed at #1 Team in the DMV We are looking for someone who is obsessed with social media... someone who lives, breathes, and sleeps INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, TWITTER, PINTEREST, and more. We want someone who already understands IGTV and Facebook Watch; someone who knows hacks that will improve our engagement and reach.Â We have an aggressive posting schedule (a content plan with 3-10 posts a day per platform for each of our 5 brands). We have 4 full-time videographers, a photographer,Â and a producer, so you will have the ability to make magic happen NO ONE in the real estate industry in the country is doing what we are doing. You will need to be in our Rosslyn office from Monday to Friday. Flexibility to maintain posting schedule during weekends is also required. This is not a remote position.Responsibilities:Understand, develop, create and implement new social media tactics that come directly from our foundersWork directly with our Social Media Specialist to stay ahead of schedule with postings, content, video, event templates through all branding platformsTake longer-form content (blogs, podcasts) and turn it into micro-content (short video posts, stories, snaps, memes) Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to get all resources needed to maintain quality and quantity of posts (This includes getting materials from the videography team, photographer, content writer, etc.)Curate content calendars across multiple brands and social media platforms. This includes multiple uses of all social platforms (We post photos, videos, stories, and IG TV videos to Instagram, etc)Oversee any new content, and provide feedback on deliverables in a timely mannerAssist and collaborate in all live event-run social campaigns by creating templates and plans of action ahead of time, as well as obtaining timely approvalFuel the growth of all social media platformsProactively seek out founders and team members to get amazing content Requirements:Experience managing accounts on all the major social media platformsExperience creating and managing content calendars with social media scheduling softwareDeep understanding of - and more importantly, a passion for - social media and all of its rapid changesStrong communication skills, including solid writing skillsLight graphic design and photo/video editing skills required.
