Mission of this Position

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to help build and manage campaigns across multiple platforms! This is an incredible opportunity for an expert in automation and a deep knowledge of Infusionsoft to help drive customer enrollment and engagement in one or more of our life-changing programs. We are looking for someone with a passion for utilizing technology to drive outcomes, understands CRM best practices, is extremely detail oriented, has ninja relational data skills and is an excellent communicator. What you’ll be doing:
  • Manage our marketing automation platform and customer relationship management (Infusionsoft) and ensure correct communication with connected systems
  • Integrate 3rd party tools and technologies (Clickfunnels, WebinarJam, ScheduleOnce, AppointmentCore, PlusThis, Google Analytics, Kajabi,, iTracker 360, Zapier etc.) so that they seamlessly integrate into streamlined campaigns.
  • Create campaign execution and project management documents that provide detailed overview of systems integration, steps and timing.
  • Conduct thorough testing and assure quality assurance of new and existing campaigns.
  • Setup and schedule reporting across all campaigns and all platforms to monitor campaign performance and results
  • Employ data management and data cleanse best practices to ensure data integrity.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments (A/B testing) and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Support internal teams by troubleshooting any errors that are reported by team members.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide perspective for adoption where appropriate;

  • Relational database management experience with strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate large data sets and apply complex logic on multiple processes.
  • Senior-level experience (equivalent to 3+ years) in Infusionsoft operations, database marketing, list generation, campaign management,/testing and reporting. automation/segmentation/digital marketing.
  • Campaign automation deployment for marketing as well as billing/finance needs.
  • Familiarization with, ScheduleOnce, AppointmentCore, Clickfunnels and Zapier a plus
  • Develop, execute and analyze A/B or multivariate tests.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) protocols and ownership of QA sign off for deliverables
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR anti-spam laws.
  • WordPress, HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus.
  • Email design skills would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Responsible self-starter with the ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing needs and schedules. Cool, calm and collected under pressure. Must possess comfort with competing and shifting priorities.
  • Home office with high speed internet (minimum of 10x1 mbps) and up to date computer hardware / software (purchased within the last 3 years).

We also want to segment out people that are entrepreneurs/business owners so we can run targeted campaigns to get them into a higher level coaching program. How would you configure Infusionsoft to accomplish this?
      • Part B: Using the above example, how would you determine which lead magnet is performing best?
      • Part C: We offer a 4 month coaching program including weekly experts group calls with different experts (expert 1 on week 1, expert 2 on week 2, expert 3 on week 3) plus: 1:1 calls with their coach. What systems would you suggest can be used to:
        • Notify/remind client of upcoming group and 1:1 calls
        • Track attendance to group calls (these calls are interactive where they can ask questions)
        • Provide a link to client to book their 1:1 call with their coach and properly follow up prior to the call with details
        • Generate a log that tracks client participation on 1:1 call and group calls.
  • Create an SOP document that explains in detail how the above set of campaigns delivering the 4 lead magnets is configured (provide as much detail as possible)
