Product Operations builds a foundation for product knowledge excellence through the synthesis of information and connections across Product Teams, providing access to product knowledge through context and discovery, enabling internal collaboration, and activating client support self-service.

The Product Enablement Manager works directly with the Director and VP of Product Operations to strategize, optimize, and execute on an end-to-end external and internal learning experience related to product. The Product Enablement Manager will work cross functionally to drive change strategy using qualitative and quantitative feedback. In addition to delivering product education content, the Product Enablement Manager will also work closely with the Degreed Content & Curation product team to deliver curated learning content for end-users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the learning content strategy for product enablement for external and internal audiences, building on the success of Degreed Ignition and expanding the strategy to support a learner-driven, just-in-time experience
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data, optimize the learning experience
  • Own the end-to-end communication process and strategy for external and internal enablement driven by product
  • In partnership with CX, create and execute closed-loop enablement strategy for product requests that result in Not Planned status, empowering CX to communicate status and alternative options to clients
  • Working cross-functionally, provide strategy insight and recommendations for the formulation, adoption and ongoing sustainment of a vibrant client community
  • In partnership with the curation product team, deliver curated content & experiences on a monthly basis in support of the “Degreed: Meta” provider
  • Develop and execute a user- and partner-generated curation strategy that results in the ongoing creation of curated content to support the “Degreed: Meta” provider
  • Develop, execute and refine a curation maintenance strategy for consistent improvements to our existing and growing content and curation library
  • Research and identify high demand and emerging skill areas to inform content and curation priorities
  • Work with the brand and marketing teams for ongoing communications to drive engagement in the solutions delivered (enablement, community, curation)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience preferably with a professional IT services company or SaaS software provider
  • 3-5 years of successfully leading and delivering business initiatives in cross-functional work environments
  • Powerful storyteller in all mediums: written, verbal, and visual
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to conceptualize, design, build and deliver education programs or innovative learning experiences with measurable results
  • Strong group facilitation skills in person, virtually and online
  • Self-starter who is ready to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • The ability to bring alignment, negotiate, influence, and drive projects to completion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to executives, management, and teams in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Strong ability to align business strategy with business process
  • Experience driving initiatives to refine and improve business processes
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
