Marketing & Sales Consultant I // PHHJP00014823 Location: Andover MA (Remote)Duration: 12 months Position Description: • Relevant BS degree with at least 12+ years’ experience. • Must have familiarity of medical informatics such as HL7 and ADT interfacing, DICOM, clinical/hospital information systems interfacing • Technical Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft Systems Administrator, Desktop Cert..etc, highly recommended • Be able to share healthcare IT industry trends with their customer constituency • Cisco network certifications including CCNA – Wireless, CCNP, CCIE or CWNA or other specialized certifications such as security CISSP, CCSP required. • Microsoft Certifications (MCP) • Virtual Machine Certifications (VCP, etc) Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS) • Collaborate with Network Engineers and Medical Interface Engineers • Create Medical IT interface quotes and SOWs in Hot Docs for all High Complexity Projects. • Philips Healthcare BG product knowledge and advance IT technology skills with specialization and demonstrated competency in other networking technologies: e.g., wireless, Virtualization, Cloud and Security. • Communicates at a strategic level with customers (IDN Level). Often involving formal presentations Statement of Work: Medical IT HSC (Healthcare Solution Consultant) to HEA (Healthcare Enterprise Architect) Educational Development Strategy: • Work with the Innovation and Process VAS Program manager, VAS Marketing IT team, BG and SSOW team to enhance the Medical IT Sales and Service training effectiveness program for Q4 2019 and 2020. Create a MIT education program: • Create a standard HSC to HEA MIT 90 to 120 day development program. Medical IT assessment: • Assist the Innovation and Process Team and Sales Directors to identify HSC generalist to MIT (Medical IT) developmental gaps. • Co-manage the HSC MIT development program designed to close the gap. • Work with our Business Analysis to create a monthly KPI HSC to HEA report. Medical IT training: • Provide Phase II MIT training for 2020 HSC new hires. (Q1 – One Time event) • Training Sales District based HSC MIT champions.
