Desktop Support Analyst needed for a Health Care company.
  • Use your analytical skills to solve technical issues for a wide variety of users
  • Bring an in-depth knowledge of mobile device platforms to provide best in class support
  • Demonstrate exceptional PC and peripheral troubleshooting and break /fix skills
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and provide superb customer relationship skills
  • Establish and maintain service level relationships with local and off-site technology service providers
  • Experience in a Desktop Support role
  • Attention to detail and ability to remember, record, and relay both routine and mission critical information on a consistent basis
  • Ability to interact with users across all business units
  • Proven track record of being reliable and punctual
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Skills
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Office 365
  • Windows 10
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 support
  • experience with clinical applications a huge plus
  • Excellent Communication skills
This is an open ended contract. Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm. Looking for both full time and part time resources who can work both remote and on site in New Brunswick, NJ. $22-$23 per hour W2
