Customer Support & Troubleshooting Representative
This is a work from home assignment. There needs to be a responsibility of staying on task as well with providing customer service. Laptops will be mailed to you if you are offered this role. Asurion, Verizon Wireless, and T-mobile previous work experience is a plus. Tasks include taking inbound and outbound calls, providing and issuing iPad and Laptops to students in New York, troubleshooting issues, assisting setting passwords, and assisting with system upgrades.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Microsoft proficient. Customer service representative experience. ability to troubleshoot simple IT questions relating to computers and iPads.
