Do you have strong computer and technical skills? Because Randstad is filling an order for 20 tech support candidates to remotely support one of our clients in the Nashville area! It is a work from home position starting on Monday 3/30/20. This role will be supporting the New York Education department. The goal is to help assist students to attend school virtually. The client is going to do virtual interviews for this role. Background and drug screen is required.
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Helping students access and set up iPads and Laptops
- Troubleshooting issues such as resetting passwords, system upgrades, and providing usernames/computer ID's.
- strong technical support and computer skills required
- IT skills highly preferred
- bilingual preferred but not required
- Recent Customer Service / Call Center experience is required
