Remote Customer Service manager


Job Description

  • 2+ years working in a customer centered environment
  • Knowledge of rail car components or willingness to learn about rail car components required
  • Able to travel to Company or Customer locations
  • Must reside near a major airport such as Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, etc.
  • Will manage and be responsible for all aspects of the customer service functions within the company
  • Must be available between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM Central time
  • Work closely with sales and operation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate empathy to customer complaints and applies soft skills to diffuse angry customers
  • Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Base salary plus monthly paid bonus, excellent benefit package, expenses paid
  • Ability to conduct business with minimal supervision
  • Applies strong communication skills: Effectively listens, probes situations, analyzes needs, recommends or resolves issues
  • Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications to support functions
