We are seeking Customer Support Specialists to support a large healthcare provider's claims processing department. The main function of the Customer Support Specialist is to analyze claim denials, work with payers to resolve denials, track all denials by payer and denial category, follow trends of recurring denials, and recommend process improvement or system edits to eliminate future denials. No claims processing experience is necessary and will be provided on the job.


  • Ideal background is 1+ year experience with phone-based customer support/success and/or retail.
  • Minimum of Associate's Degree
