Office Location: Remote Opportunity-West Palm Beach, Florida area preferred

Required Experience: Administrative Support, Marketing Campaign Strategy, Event Coordination, Social Media Campaign Management and Customer Service

Required Software Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Beneficial Experience & Skills: CRM (MailChimp/Constant Contact), Google Analytics and Business Pages, Hootsuite, Website Content Management (WordPress), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Responsibilities & Duties

Assist Director of Marketing in development of strategy creation and execution of marketing campaigns for individual retail properties. This includes event and promotional marketing management, social media campaign management, website content creation and management, coordination of graphic design for all applications of marketing materials both digital and print, property brand management, advertising strategy and PR oversight. For each property, connecting with the surrounding community, customer service and tenant relationship cultivation is a critical part of this role.

• Support in the creation and management of marketing, event and advertising strategies, annual plans, objective targeting and budget tracking
• Events & Promotions: Assist in all aspects of planning and execution
• Social Media Campaigns: Assist in management and creation of social media campaigns across all networks, including content publishing schedules, tracking analytics, budgets and quality control of content and customer service outreach
• Website Management: Schedule and organize updates to website content for property promotional page, tenant page content and homepage banner announcements
• Digital Marketing: Create email blasts and newsletter campaigns to customers through CRM (both copy and visual graphics)
• Tenant Relationship Management: Collaborate with, promote and support Tenant participation in all marketing platforms including social media campaigns, promotional opportunities, events and community engagement
• Community Relationship Management: Assist in working with communities and local groups as customer service ambassador
• PR reputation management, event announcements and coordination of messaging for properties in the press

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree with emphasis in marketing or advertising preferred
• 2 years of experience preferred in marketing, graphic design, website management, social media campaigns, event coordination, project management and administrative support (real estate industry experience a plus)
• Desire to learn and eagerness to expand skill set
• Practice superior time management and organizational skills
• Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical budgeting and reports
• Resourceful and accountable team player with the confidence to take the lead
• Self-motivated, multi-tasker who works well with a dynamic, fast paced workload and can pick up new tools quickly, manage multiple projects concurrently, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Creative thinker with experience in creating events and promotions
• Excellent communication skills and diplomacy in customer service
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong proof reading and editing skills
