Email Marketing Specialist


Vantagepoint ai, LLC, an INC 500 software company, is searching for an Email Marketing Specialist with experience in coordinating webinars to join our growing Marketing team.

Who we are looking for:

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for strategizing, executing, optimizing and reporting on appropriate email and lead source analytics to identify continuous improvement opportunities as it relates primarily to lead/prospect webinar engagement and attendance. The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for deepening relationships with prospects and leads by planning, developing, and executing on front end e-mail marketing strategies, leading to increased responses and webinar attendance. The Email Marketing Specialist is also responsible for strategic development of e-mail marketing campaigns to support marketing and sales initiatives, and for coordinating with key members of the digital marketing team to create a holistic digital marketing strategy that supports business objectives.

The position will also include coordination of various sales webinar and social media marketing initiatives such as online advertising and lead generation, lead nurturing, customer marketing and support, company PR and communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully launching and maintaining marketing campaigns on Email, Social Media, Online Advertisements and more. We are looking for someone who is internet savvy, creative, self-motivated, results driven and a team player. The Email Marketing Specialist should be passionate about all things digital marketing and should have a hands-on, sales-focused, creative mindset for building brands, driving traffic and conversions, and engaging audiences through technical and creative writing, campaign building, and press release distribution.

NOTE: Although we are currently working remotely to support the health and safety of our team, this is an on-site, position within our Wesley Chapel office. Once regular business operations continue all marketing team members will be required to work on-site in a team environment. Applicants seeking permanent, remote positions will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement successful B2C marketing communications programs using email and automated marketing alongside traditional methods

Implement creative, messaging, and content for email marketing campaigns

Plan, develop, and report on A/B tests for campaign optimization

Test responsive email communication for multiple devices and platforms

Segment campaign audiences based on predefined database attributes and demographic data

Write and deploy webinar email campaign copy and create landing pages for incoming leads and prospects while providing all necessary assets to ad partners

Assist with webinars as needed, including lead generation, preparation, execution and follow up

Run webinar reports and share conclusions on how to improve future webinar engagement and attendance

Crosstrain as needed to learn additional tasks within the Marketing Department including, but not limited to: additional lead generation, backend B2C needs, product management, social media, analytics reporting, asset design, and other responsibilities.

Assist the other members of the marketing team with daily responsibilities such as website edits and changes, lead generation reporting, customer marketing assets, graphic designs, responding to inbound prospect and customer support emails, social media posts, landing page development or editing, marketing automation or rule changes, Salesforce reporting and more.

Stay up-to-date with current marketing industry trends and best practices and constantly bring new ideas to the table that will support the company’s business goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, communications or business
  • Minimum of three years Marketing experience, with specialization in email - marketing, deliverability, testing, and automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Office, Salesforce & Pardot skills
  • Solid skill base in Infusionsoft, Wordpress and ClickFunnels
  • Ability to work swiftly with minimal supervision and under deadline pressure
  • A positive attitude
  • Knowledge of internet marketing, promotions, events, creative process, and Social Media marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of resourcefulness, initiative, and good judgment in setting priorities and executing company image
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Ideal candidate will be flexible and able to think/act strategically, as well as roll up his or her sleeves and work as an individual contributor to meet goals
