Marketing Data Analyst - Oakland or Remote


Kforce's Oakland, CA Healthcare client has an immediate need for a Marketing Data Analyst to join their Digital Analytics Division.

This role is currently 100% remote and will switch back to an office environment when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

This position can be in Oakland, Pasadena, Burbank, CA, or remote. This individual will be working primarily with the Paid Search Team and will be supporting different LOBs with analytics and reporting for effectiveness. Currently, they are building an internal DataMart so they are able to do all of their reporting and analysis internally.

  • Partner with Digital Marketing stakeholders to understand the business goals, analyze performance trends and provide ongoing reports meeting their needs
  • Create custom dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interpret complex data set, analyze campaign efficiency and provide recommendations to inform and influence business decisions
  • Collaborate with the search partners and agency in developing measurement strategy, implementing optimization strategies and improving analytical procedures
  • 2-3+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis in the digital marketing field
  • Strong programming analysis (SQL) experience, ideally within digital marketing space
  • Strong understanding of paid search platforms (Marin, Google 360, Microsoft Ads) and Web Analytics Platforms (Adobe, Webtrends)
  • Familiar with search marketing strategy, bidding management and measurement required
