Marketing Associate: Part Time


The objective of this position is to effectively coordinate to a high level, all aspects of marketing function.

Position Specification Qualifications – Desirable:

  • Marketing Degree

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Essential):

  • Superior communication skills
  • 2-5 years experience in marketing role
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to meet challenging deadlines

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Desirable):

  • Experience working with the accounting profession
  • Ability to write marketing copy and press releases
  • Commercial flair and ability to make decisions that impact the bottom line
  • Entrepreneurial talent, comfortable moving fast and taking risks

General responsibilities

  • Maintain websites and all social media
  • Execute lead generation program to increase prospect activity, content placement, speeches, seminars, workshops, etc.
  • Responsible for coordination of the marketing function
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for marketing
  • Identify appropriate market opportunities
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and keeping up to date
  • Ensure up to date knowledge of market and industry developments
  • Develop and implement plans for opportunities identified
  • Manage agreed projects
  • Contribute to general business planning and decision making
  • Accurate reporting on all marketing activities and targets
  • Educating team on marketing campaigns
  • Keeping all marketing materials up to date and current
  • Develop systems, checklists and procedures
  • Coordinating all marketing material and copy to meet deadlines
  • Managing all lead generation activities in consultation with Managing Partner
  • Coordinate publication of monthly e-newsletter
  • Coordinate referrals to sales team
  • Maintain alliance and sponsor relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events and meetings
  • Any other duties as required
