1 + years experience in customer service or call center.
Flexible schedule, willing to work non-traditional business hou
and weekends. We operate in the morning, afternoon and overnight shifts.
Bachelor's degree or some college (preferred)
Computer proficiency
High tolerance for stress, complexity, and change
Dependable and punctual time management skills
Strong writing skills and impeccable attention to detail
Empathy and the ability to take initiative for the customer
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to creativel
resolve difficult situations
Ability to quickly learn web -based user support application
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment, subject to rap
change and uncertainty
High-level of comfort and familiarity with smartphone applicati
(iPhone and Android)
Capability to type at minimum, 50 WPM
Must have fully operational smart phone with an active carrier
