Marketing Generalist 4 (Compliance) - Remote/United States


Responsible for:
  • Coordinating all updates to all products' fee schedules and cardholder
agreements across five issuing banks, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

(CFPB) pre-acquisition disclosures, and support prepaid budgeting by updating

the forecasts, balancing the budget and submitting and tracking invoices.
  • Managing all (CFBP) program materials and disclosures
  • Managing CAT and issuer submissions and periodic reviews for the CFPB and
compliance materials, ensuring that all periodic review due dates are met.
  • Managing all state payroll requirements projects, such as the New York
Department of Labor updates, including client and cardholder communications, as applicable.
  • Leading issuer bank audits and processing client audits.
  • Working closely with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to execute
compliance deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Submitting and tracking invoices.
  • Managing the marketing budget to ensure all marketing activities are within
budget and tracked to the right accounting codes.
  • Assisting leaders with the identification of capacity, process, and personnel
barriers to achieve goals and targeted results
  • Managing audit findings and marketing resolutions for all five issuing banks
and processing clients.
  • Monitoring the production of all jobs, ensuring priorities are consistent with
commitments and production decisions are cost effective actions to achieve

results
  • Supporting the product line marketing as necessary
Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, presentation, and
  • organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • PC proficiency using a variety of software packages and systems including
  • Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in a

    Windows based environment
    • Must be a self-starter and work well independently with limited direct
    supervision.
    • Must be willing to work a flexible and varied schedule as the business needs
    demand.
    • Considerable knowledge of advertising/promotion and new business
    development.
