Support Engineer - Remote


Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mobile Sales Engineer in Bellevue, WA.

This role is currently 100% remote and may switch back to office environment when COVID-19 ramps down.

The Mobile Sales Engineer will handle all technical discussions around technical solutions. A pre-sales role. This person will work with many strategic account reps. Will be the main point of technical contact. Will be doing prepping, presentations, hands on demonstrations, will work with smartphones/tablets, addressing technical challenges when testing products, trouble shootings remotely and on site. Responsible for driving adoption of the company vertical.

  • Traveling and meeting with customers to discuss solutions and products
  • Building presentations and demos for customer engagements
  • Evaluating customer environments and designing solutions to fit the need
  • Gathering technical details for product issues, or feature gaps and providing feedback to product teams
What will the interview process look like?
  • Quick phone call to discuss resume, ask several basic technical questions to assess skill set and knowledge
  • Assuming they do well on A, a deeper phone call interview will be schedule with additional internal department leaders
  • Assuming they do well on B, last will be an in-person interview with a role play presentation and panel
  • Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and preferably mobility
  • Technical Sales experience working with customers
  • Solution design and architecture. Building proof of concepts
  • This person will need ability to go on sight with fed gov customers and be on site with them
  • More experience in the mobility space, MDM platform or having the understanding of this
  • Understanding of android OS and some experience in the development concepts
