Job Summary:

We’re looking for a part time people person who can comment, tag, like, tweet, and win the hearts of guests!

Social media is already an important part of our overall marketing/brand/customer service efforts, and this is an amazing opportunity for someone to take charge of interacting with our guests on social in an environment that fosters innovation and creativity! Our Social Media Community Manager reports directly to our Sr. Paid Media Manager, but our whole team will help you in your social support of the amazing fruit franchise we’re a part of. (And hopefully you’ll teach us a thing or two, too!)

Due to the nature of social media, this position’s responsibilities are innately fluid, but here are a few examples of the types of things you’ll work on:
  • Own the social guest service experience from start to finish on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Work directly with franchisees and store associates to resolve guest complaints
  • Create fun and engaging responses to guests talking about our brand

And here’s what we think you’re like:
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in Community Management, Guest Service or related experience
  • You are a Facebook & Twitter native, and you definitely know all about the other usual suspects, too: Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • You are a people person and love interacting with others
  • You can write content and proofread like a copywriting pro
Just a few notes (aka fair warning):
  • Social media never sleeps, which means that the nature of this role may extend outside normal business hours. Because of this, some early mornings, nights and/or weekends are required.
  • This is a part-time position so you may have rotating shifts.
