Job Description

This position works out of the company headquarters in West Jordan, Utah and covers three overlapping roles. First is the top end management of attracting and recruiting new talent to the agency. Manage a team. Pro-actively follow up with potential recruits. Develop relationships throughout the community. Help develop and manage media assets to improve the reach and messaging to our target audience.

Second, help develop new video, website, and social media assets and campaigns. Manage successful campaigns as they grow. Additionally, coordinate workload in support of marketing efforts with the chief data officer.

Lastly, work closely with the agency managing partner and administrator to asses and track candidates, improve agent on-boarding, and receive direction and support for all marketing and recruiting campaigns. Help assess new opportunities and tools in light of agency needs, experience, and existing constraints.


Candidates will be assessed on their competencies in the following areas:
  • Skill as a communicator, public speaker, and attracting people to their cause
  • Ability to lead a small work team, conduct interviews, and assess people
  • Experience and insight with Adobe products, Social Media Marketing, and other marketing or creative platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook & Excel
  • Energy, reliability and compatibility with the core management team
Additional Information

Starting Salary is $55,000/yr. After 90 days, receive 15 paid days off + holidays, health insurance allowance, and bonuses. 40 hrs/wk 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
