Customer Service Representative - Remote
We are looking for customer-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team. These individuals must have a commitment to creating a remarkable experience for our customers across our many brands.
***This position is intended to be a WFH (work from home) position and will move into Meridian, Idaho office post-pandemic**
MUST reside in Meridian/Boise area!!
Customer Service Agents are responsible for delivering excellent customer service and sales support for our online brands. As an ambassador for our brands, the Universal Care Agent will play a key role in shaping the brand experience through direct customer interaction via phone, email and/or live chat. Employees on our remote team must always commit to customer confidentiality and maintain PCI compliance. Training will be done remotely through virtual platforms until post-pandemic.
Full-time, year-round and seasonal positions available.
Agents paid up to $17.50 per hour, management opportunities also available.
General Customer Service
Records and verifies names, addresses, purchases, and specific feedback of customers to maintain an accurate customer list
Data entry into CRM system
Educate customer on specific information
Contacts customers to gather market research
Overtime opportunities available to support the needs of business
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in computer applications
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Data entry and typing skills
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Customer service orientation
Attention to detail
