Impact Marketing Manager


  • This role is 50% project management / 50% content marketing & community management
  • Project manage key impact initiatives/campaigns, liaising across internal and external stakeholders, locally, regionally, and globally
  • Develop assets and tools to inspire other employees to catalyze positive impact through their roles
  • Create and edit content including social media posts, case studies, bylines, press releases, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain web properties communicating company's impact story and sustainability performance
  • Manage social media channels and paid social campaigns; track campaign performance, including measurement and insights
  • Support marketing and project management for key industry/impact convenings with an aim to optimize and amplify our impact presence
  • Support the creative development of the annual company's sustainability report
  • Manage vendors including graphic designers, web designers, writers, and videographers/photographers
  • Facilitate measurement, tracking, and reporting across team KPIs
  • Support ad hoc research requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years of experience in impact marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, social media management, project management, or journalism;
  • Passion for and understanding of sustainability and social impact issues; excited to sit at the intersection of technology, design, sustainability and social impact;
  • Familiarity with the design, engineering, construction industries a bonus, but not required;
  • Curious to learn and willing to engage with colleagues and external collaborators;
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver, comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
