Experis is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for our client in Camden, NJ. This role is REMOTE and wil be for a 6 month contract. Please find the requirements below.

Will be working directly with the agencies - have good thought leadership - will be working with the internal manager as well, but might be in the meetings without him - be able to jump in and answer questions - experience is key

In this role, the candidate would be working alongside the Director, USMB Media & Partnerships, and brand teams in driving efficiency, sales , and overall performance across SEM | SEO | Ecommerce | Retail Media, through the guiding of recommendations and directing media agency partners.

This role is an ideal fit for a roll up your sleeves leader who obsesses over driving change, delivering measurable results and thrives in matrixed organizations. They should have hands on experience leading the day-to-day planning, analysis and optimization. They should be very comfortable delivering against a sales target for eCommerce.

The ideal candidate brings SEM/eCommerce channel management experience, and an understanding of the retailer media landscape. Detail-oriented with experience in marketing, data analysis and optimization as plus.

Key Accountabilities

Lead all paid search (SEM) media campaigns, from strategic plan through optimization, to meet our business goals

Lead all paid search media campaigns in support of eCommerce and eRetailer organizations, delivering against the assigned sales target/s

Report out on sales performance results, by brand, by category, by business unit, by division, identifying optimization opportunities to remain on target/above target

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Marketing and/or Related Field

6-8 years of work experience in digital paid media with focus on SEM/SEO, eCommerce, knowledgeable in web analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics

Understanding of different conversion attribution methodologies, including last click, algorithmic/multi-touch, etc.

Excellent oral and written communicator, with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships with a diverse team
