Job Title: Social Media & Community Manager


We are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented, digital native Social Media & Community Manager to grow and manage our social community. You will be responsible for sourcing, producing, curating, scheduling, and tracking content across all social platforms, serving as a liaison between Tourneau and our brand community. You must be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, have excellent communication skills and be able to work across teams.

  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar for all social channels (including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and work with the creative team to create the content, publish and share additional engaging content
  • Get to know our customers intimately by engaging with them on a daily basis; communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews across all platforms
  • Support reputation management across all platforms (including google, google my business, yelp)
  • Monitor follower base and identify potential partnerships or influencers we should consider collaborating with
  • Work closely aligned with our Marketing and Digital teams
  • Provide social support for our retail stores, working with our Sales and Marketing teams to understand priorities and needs
  • Engage with online influencers to solicit user generated product reviews, how-to’s, photo and video content, etc.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness such as social campaigns, promotions and contests
  • Manage relationship with brand partners as well as their content, launches, new novelties
  • Coordinate the sending out of influencer and PR samples and mailers
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design and work with Creative team to develop content (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, profile content, post content)
  • Monitor and track all social analytics and provide recommendations to the team related to content and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, including by not limited to, trending hashtags, algorithm changes, top social influencers, trending content and topics
  • BS/BA degree in marketing or related field
  • 4 years proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Coordinator
  • Experience in luxury brands and or luxury retailer – passion for luxury product (ideally watches)
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Deep Knowledge of social media platforms/ landscape and best practices
  • Deep understanding of community management
  • Knowledge of social media management tools a plus (including but not limited to Sprout Social, Mention, Facebook Analytics, and Google Analytics)
