Customer Service Representative


$18.00/hour + monthly incentive based on performance (you can earn up to $2.00 more per hour!)

At Ally, we take the safety and health of our employees seriously. Related to COVID-19, Ally moved quickly and decisively to protect the health and well-being of our teammates, including instituting a work-from-home protocol in mid-March. opportunities be, too? What You'll Do In this role, you will deliver a world-class experience for Ally's customers during every interaction. You'll provide personalized customer service of the highest level by establishing rapport and presenting a positive, friendly attitude. You will be empowered to serve our Customers through the channel of the Customer's preference, such as inbound calls, outbound calls, click-to-chat, and secure messaging. What You'll Need
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional experience to Ally Customers
  • Commitment to teamwork, resolving conflicts productively, and developing long-term

    relationships
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency to complete objectives
  • Prior experience in customer service, financial services or similar industry preferred with knowledge of consumer banking, preferably servicing checking, debit card, savings, CD, IRA, and trust accounts
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline preferred
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
