Customer Service Representative


One of our largest clients in Norwood, MA is currently looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives!

Ideal candidates for this position must be flexible with both First and Second shift hours.

Position job description:
  • Receive incoming calls, emails, etc. involving customer disputes on inquiries.
  • Accurately enter and update all customer information within the system.
  • Provide customer assistance on all customer inquiries
  • Support product and service questions
  • Support billing questions as well as any product or service questions
  • Assist in any administrative support as needed
  • Must have and be able to demonstrate a fundamental commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Position qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least one-year experience working in customer service
