Social Media Assistant / E-Commerce Customer Service

Job Overview: We are Earth Energy Shop, a rapidly growing online Crystal shop. We are looking for someone who can answer customers questions and respond to emails on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) As of right now all work can be done from home. Eventually within the coming months we will move the work from at home to at the office. Opportunities to grow with the company long term. (~2 week training period)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond to all customer inquires and messages via E-Mail, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, etc. ( No phone calls required, as of now.)
  • Accurately provide information to all customer questions / comments.
  • Update orders via E-Mail and communicate with customers to better suit their needs and create e-notes with updated information to be sent to the shipping department.
  • Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Approachable, supportive and willing to assist others.
  • Collaborate with other departments (shipping , customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, provide different level customers with different support (ex. discounts, 1 of 1 items, etc.)
  • Additional responsibilities may be needed as the business changes and expands.

  • Remaining calm in high stress situations.


  • Minimum Age Required: 18.
  • High School Diploma (preferred)
  • Likes Crystals / interested in astrology. etc. (preferred)
  • Great communication skills (preferred.) Able to frequently communicate to others in the company throughout the day via phone / text.
  • WiFi connection.
  • Computer or Laptop and Smart Phone are required.
  • Able to type fast and multitask with applications.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
