Marketing Manager

We are looking for someone with a passion for the power of social media marketing and communications with a focus on E-commerce and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be one that has proven strategies that will drive sales and elevate the company’s brand. They must possess hands on skills to drive sales via digital marketing, E-commerce activities, as well as traditional marketing channels. This person should also have a management style that uses collaboration as a means to drive results. They will not shy away from meeting deadlines and be open to tracking results for activities they initiate. This person will work closely with our sales team to align our marketing activities with the company’s sales goals. Also they should be open to working with our HR Department on promotional activities for company events. This position will report directly to the President of our company. We are an ISO certified company (9001 and 14001) that operates our business on a set of core values that delivers us a healthy business culture, which is promoted and modeled throughout our entire organization.


Marketing manager responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.


1. Serves as lead in all of our marketing strategies and management. This includes our website, e-commerce site, social media and print offerings.

2. Provides leadership and/or supports the design, development and implementation of products and service lines.

3. Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.

4. Monitors staff performance, including performance reviews, career planning, discipline, etc., as well as, delegates work duties and responsibilities.

5. Provides leadership and/or supports the design, development and implementation of new products and service lines.

6. Is responsible for the creation of marketing collateral; oversees the development of marketing literature, media campaigns ensuring valid, current and accurate content; as well as monitors corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including: templates, tag lines, and logo usage

7. Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources


Bachelor of Science/Arts in Marketing or related field from an accredited college or university; minimum eight (8) years marketing experience at a small to mid-size manufacturer; Five (5) years experiences at marketing manager level.

Skills/Abilities needed to be successful include:

1. Strong understanding of digital and social media

2. Strong project management skills – workflow, deadlines, prioritization

3. Strong oral and written communication skills

4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

5. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Suite

6. Strong knowledge and hands on experience of website design

7. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords campaigns
