  • What You Will Be Doing:
  • Utilize ''Encompass'' daily as a loan origination system and work with AUS ''DU/LP.''
  • Manage various levels of volume for loan pipeline
  • You will be working 50/50 between purchase and refinance deals
  • Communicate effectively with borrowers as well as internal team members such as Junior Processors and Mortgage Bankers to obtain loan documents.
  • Analyze Mortgage loan packages to ensure that investor guidelines are being met.

  • Job Requirements:

    Essential Processor Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Encompass software application is strongly preffered.
  • Previous (5 years) of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor (no recent gaps)
  • High School diploma, or bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field is preferred
  • Possess a thorough knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and procedures as well as a working knowledge of underwriting guidelines and loan documents.
  • Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and other loan programs.
  • Possess a working knowledge of federal and state guidelines, rules and regulations such as RESPA, TILA, and HMDA.
  • Advanced ability to analyze complex tax returns accurately calculate income for all types of borrowers.
