About Fracta uses machine learning and big data to optimize infrastructure
investments – starting with water pipe network replacement prioritization solution for water
utilities worldwide. Our mission is to help utilities manage and conserve resources through the
creation of intelligent infrastructure. Fracta gives utility companies the most comprehensive
view of conditions, allowing them to optimize replacement decisions and reduce costs of
maintaining infrastructure by as much as 40 percent.

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and creative marketer to lead all marketing activities for the
company. This is a special opportunity to define and then execute a marketing strategy to sell
AI-based SaaS product in a start-up company.

 Design and lead execution of a go-to-market strategy to spread awareness and gain
broad interest for Fracta’s solution
 Support Sales team in marketing activities and developing marketing materials
 Collaborate with Product Management and Sales on market research and target market
 Develop and lead relationships with third-party marketing partners
 Lead corporate communications strategy
 Manage and decide spend of the marketing budget

Skills and Experience
 Experience developing and executing creative B2B or B2G marketing strategies
 Skilled in web marketing, such as SEM / SEO optimization
 Ability to conceptualize creative marketing activities such as viral campaigns and
consumer engagement
 Several years of relevant market development experience
 Desire and ability to operate in a fast-paced start-up
 Excellent communication skills to represent the company externally (with customers)
and internally (CEO/executives)
 MBA preferred, but not required
