Your day-to-day tasks would involve helping our customers and readers with their orders and questions about our products. You may also provide feedback to our development team, cross-sell products and give an overall positive impression of BOOM! by Cindy Joseph (it’s not hard — we’re great!).


This is a full-time position that requires availability for both Saturday and Sunday.


  • Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
  • Excellent communicator who works well with others
  • Efficient and well organized
  • Able to work remotely (from home), with team communications via Slack and Zoom
  • A fast typer and good with technology
  • Able to work evenings and weekends
  • An understanding of ecommerce is a big plus!
