Your day-to-day tasks would involve helping our customers and readers with their orders and questions about our products. You may also provide feedback to our development team, cross-sell products and give an overall positive impression of BOOM! by Cindy Joseph (it’s not hard — we’re great!).
This is a full-time position that requires availability for both Saturday and Sunday.
- Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Eager to learn and take ownership of duties
- Excellent communicator who works well with others
- Efficient and well organized
- Able to work remotely (from home), with team communications via Slack and Zoom
- A fast typer and good with technology
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- An understanding of ecommerce is a big plus!
