Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for technology and beauty to assist customers when using Musely Face-Rx treatments and services. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, providing solutions and guiding treatment users through a new skin care journey. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn customer trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company with excellent customer support and attention to detail.

This is a completely remote position for a California-based company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Analyze and report reoccurring issues
  • Monitor complaints on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and reach out to provide assistance
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with other teams

Skills

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Customer Support role
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • BA/BS in Communications or relevant field (preferred)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years previous customer service/retail/restaurant experience
  • Friendly and welcoming manner with customers, doctors and pharmacists
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner
  • Strong command of written and verbal English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
