Marketing Manager

The marketing team is a part of our larger Revenue Operations team and we believe in working directly with sales to create success.

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is passionate about technology and how it brings value to everyday life. Tricerat’s ideal candidate has a customer-first attitude and experience developing, executing, and testing marketing campaigns.

This person should be comfortable managing day-to-day marketing activities while keeping the department’s long-term goals in mind.

Objectives of the Marketing Manager

  • Execute marketing campaigns and leverage internal support from Sales, Development, and Management
  • Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across digital marketing channels and segments
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting in HubSpot to extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Working in partnership with the team, develop and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including all digital assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle and buyer’s journey, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales enablement
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate SQLs and MQLs
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis in HubSpot, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Maintain a clean CRM
  • Maintain workflows and automation in the CRM

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent marketing automation and CRM skills
  • Proven experience developing digital marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong drive for continued learning
  • Passion for technology and software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital marketing proficiency required
  • HubSpot proficiency a plus
  • Inbound marketing and ABM proficiency a plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel when travel restrictions are lifted
  • Willingness to network and attend relevant user groups
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator skills
  • Event management skills a plus
