ReSource Pro is looking for service-centric individuals to join our award-winning customer service team. As an inbound Customer Service Representative, you will deliver excellent service to our customers and clients through inbound calls. Our Insurance Experience Center in Lincoln, Nebraska is growing, and we are interested in passionate and dedicated individuals that can help advance our mission of operational excellence and superior customer service.

Work Environment:

The hours of operation for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. We currently have openings, for day shifts, mid-shifts, and evening shifts within our hours of operation. Due to the current situation of COVID-19, our Lincoln Insurance Experience Center is currently operating on a 100% virtual basis, which means all initial operations would be handled in a remote setting. If you are hired, we will work with you to ensure your temporary home office setup promotes a positive working experience.

The gig:
  • Problem solve with our customers and have a smile the whole time
  • Receive inbound communications and make outbound calls
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and apps to solve problems
  • Record accurate information based on customer interactions
