Weâre currently looking for a special person to join our marketing team and lead writing content.

Ideally weâre looking for someone who can help with blog posts, product and email copy, that has a knack for telling a story, drawing people in and getting them to take action.

We believe this person will have a bit of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge and have a lot of experience around writing email, email copy and posting content on WordPress to drive high quality leads and opportunities.

Content is everything. The only problem - is we donât have you!

This high visibility role will be in charge of creating content that is used all across the company to help drive traffic, leads and sales. You will be a key member of a 4-person marketing team, tasked with tackling the challenge of turning our marketing results around - starting with great content.

In addition to content, youâll also be the voice of the company, making sure that any contractors we use or internal folks we tap for help are all speaking with the Reliant voice.

A few things we know must be done:
  • Improve the quality and quantity of content we are putting out.
  • Improve the quality and quantity of conversions from organic search.
  • Create drip campaigns that lead back to your content, offers and product pages.
  • If you like challenges, this will be a good one.

    We have the bones of a content marketing plan - it just quite frankly needs some polish and execution. The role will require that we put out a solid volume of blogs, offers, product pages and support collateral for the sales team.

    There is a lot of information to learn around the products and services we sell so youâll have to be a super quick study.

    Youâll have to learn or know a lot of information (quickly) to be successful:
  • Our market, our customer and our products (data center services and hardware)
  • SEO best practices & techniques that yield results
  • Running a content calendar
  • The products we sell: 8 product lines, 15+ product lines, 100s of SKUs
  • Communicating complex subjects in a way thatâs easy to understand
  • Some of our systems: WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush
  • Our market & the psychology of our customers
  • Writing persuasively
  • Web marketing
  • Weâre looking for a really talented writer to join our digital marketing team. Weâre growing fast, and need someone who can add value and be a positive force for our team and culture.

    If you get overwhelmed and are easily frazzled, this is not a position for you. We wish it could support all personality types, but it canât. You have to have the chops and will to succeed, it will take a lot of work.

    Weâve been supporting remote work for some time. Youâll have the opportunity to work from home as well as from our campus on the Westside of Atlanta (near Howell Mill and Chattahoochee) in Alton Brownâs former production studio, but we wonât be restricted by location. In fact weâre experts at working remotely, so wherever in the US youâre based, this could be the role for you. (Must be located within the United States and authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.)

    Salary is dependent on experience. We firmly believe that one great mind is better than one hundred mediocre ones, so weâre happy to pay the best rates for the best people.
