We’re a 30-year old, family-owned company specializing in the manufacturing and private labeling of laboratory equipment, science educational supplies, and medical consumables and products. We supply over 700 medical and award-winning STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) inspired products to distributors and retailers worldwide.

Position Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with demonstrated ability to handle project management, a deep understanding of marketing activities, experience with leading a team.

  • Hubspot maintenance and management
  • Manage in all marketing efforts for web, social and email campaigns
  • Manage the implementation of newsletters, web page content and landing pages
  • Manage in all stages of the writing process for marketing needs (email, blog, etc) from prewriting to publishing.
  • Manage, develop, and deploy email alongside strategic customer segmentation and personalization strategies
  • Help draft content for social media channels and generating reports
  • Produce art assets and graphic elements to support all marketing channels
  • Optimize copy, keywords, and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase organic traffic
  • Aid with customer data organization and operational needs using marketing automation platforms
  • Present, organize and host in-person events such as meetups, hiring partner events, executive meetings if needed
  • Strategize ways to make our existing online web content more exciting
  • Help ensure that the brand voice and business core strengths are clearly and effectively communicated across marketing channels
  • Generate ad campaign ideas and make existing campaigns more attractive
  • Assist in data reporting, analytics, and paid ad campaigns as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements
  • Possess or working on a degree in communications, marketing, advertising, journalism, or related area
  • Knowledge or exposure to the basic principles of Marketing
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize social media platforms
  • Ability to work as an effective team player
  • Open to learning new marketing concepts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and independently
  • Ability to meet definite deadlines and deal with pressure situations
  • Ability to be diplomatic and maintain confidentiality when working with internal and external customers
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint
Preferred Experience
  • Experience using analytic platforms, data visualization, and AdWords
  • Experience with content writing: Blog Posts, White Papers, Articles, Newsletter, Book Chapters and Proposals, outline for Speaking Engagements etc.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
