We are seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that will oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that promote inclusion and diversity within Cornerstone’s global teams. As the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, you will develop new programs and practices that effectively increase diversity, measure and monitor company diversity, and provide support to various groups within the organization.

In this role you will…
  • Set corporate-wide diversity, equity and inclusion framework, vision, goals and practices
  • Ensure impactful diversity and inclusion programs, practices and engagement while adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) industry leaders on best practices
  • Forecast, manage and allocate budget while building an internal cross-functional talent pool within different cultures that will garner business results and community support
  • Champion the use of local/regional diversity and inclusion councils and ERG’s to understand needs and establish areas of focus
  • Be a strategic advisor to leadership regarding tools, techniques, trends and training programs to achieve diversity goals
  • Execute strategic support programs; design the marketing and communication of programs; measure effectiveness of programs using KPI's/metrics
  • Ensure that diversity and inclusion awareness training classes are tailored for relevance in each country
  • Connect the program to philanthropy to build community support
  • Nurture governmental ties with the local community to enhance global diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Reinforce the programs by measuring results and ensuring accountability
  • Deliver annual diversity report to be distributed internally and externally
  • Inspire and empower leaders to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives and results within their business.
  • Foster an environment of dialogue, collaboration, community and inclusion as evidenced by active delivery and/or participation in all core company events
  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations

You have what it takes if you have…
  • Minimum of 6 years direct experience in diversity, equity and inclusion roles
  • Prior experience building and delivering global diversity, equity and inclusion programs from design to deployment within the organizations is essential.
  • Experience setting annual diversity goals and delivering regular progress reports
  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience public speaking and presenting to groups of all sizes
  • Strong understanding and applying of global diversity, equity and inclusion issues, trends and forecasts
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, consulting, and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management & project management skills
  • Proven experience at leading and influencing global initiatives at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; able to identify biased language in communications
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment.
